RETURN & REFUNDS

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 daysto return it to us. A return fee of $$4 will be deducted from your refund. Some exclusions apply.Once your return has been received and processed, you'l be sent a confirmation email to let youknow, Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.
We'l give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay and aim to process refund within30 days of your return. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
Underwear briefs, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty, and swimwearmust have the hygiene strip.
Please note, items purchased from H&M cannot be refunded or exchanged in COS stores
We also do not accept returns of garments purchased in store through our online returns service.

At COs, we offer a flexible returns policy to ensure you receive an unrivalled shopping experience.However, if we notice that vou have an unusually high returns rate on your account or areourchasing to resell, we may deactivate your account at our discretion, lf you feel your access ororder has been incorrectly restricted, please get in touch with our customer service team , who wilhelp to resolve the issue with you.

How dol return?
1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible).
2. Proceed to My Account to initiate a return for an order within Purchases. Select the order ortem you would wish to return and simply follow the instructions on the Return Portal.

3. Your return will cost $$4. This will be deducted from your refund.
4. Select a date for the pickup of the return parcel.
5. You will receive a Return Confirmation email, which will be sent when we have processed yourreturn.
Please note, it can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return.

When will you receive my return?
Your return will take up to 14 days to reach us and be processed. lf it's been longer, please contactCustomer Service with proof of return, e.g., collection receipt.
When will l receive my refund?
We aim to process your refund within 30 days of sending the parcel back to us. You'l be refundedin the same way you chose to pay. We'l always send you a Return Confirmation email when wehave received your return and are processing your refund payment.
