What locations do you ship to?
We only deliver to Singapore, Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout, Your parcel isexpected to arrive within 3 working days.
Please note that during high season, your order may take longer to arrive than usual. Conditionsmay apply to certain areas of Singapore. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Can lshop online outside of my location of residence?
lf you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping location to matchyour current location and provide a local delivery address

How will my parcel be delivered, and how long does delivery take?
Your parcel will be delivered using our standard delivery method, ltems ordered in Singapore canonly be delivered to customers with a current address in Singapore.
Your order will arrive within 3 working days after you've received your order confirmation, excludingcustoms processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note thatCOS is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs
How do ltrack the status of my order?
While your order is being packed and processed, you'l see "Pending' in your Order History. Onceyour order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This willinclude a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress from us to you.
Can l make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
We start to process your order as soon as you place it so that you receive your items as quickly asoossible, This means that if you change vour mind or realize that you have made a mistake afterplacing your order, it is not possible to amend it.
However, it may be possible to cancel the order before picked and packed, please contact ourcustomerservice team as soon as possible.

Where do l add my discount code?

Some pieces in our collection are only available to purchase online and are not available in anyCOS stores. These selected garments are highlighted with an 'online exclusive' marker on theproduct page. These products can only be purchased using the online checkout process. lf youhave dificulty placing an order for one of these items online, our Customer Service team may beable to assist.
What does "Pre-Order" mean?
These are selected pieces in our collection that you can secure before they are officially available.These items are available for purchase online now, but will take a little longer to reach you. Onceyour order is placed, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
What should i do if l encounter a payment issue and did not complete my payment?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do l make a return?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have30 days to send it back to us for a small return shipping fee. Once your return has been received and processed, you'll be sent a confirmation emailto let you know, Please note that we do not offer an exchange service.
How long does my return and refund take?
Returns may take up to 14 days from the date of pick-up to reach our warehouse and be processedfor a refund.
We aim to make the refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of us receiving the items backor you providing evidence of having sent back the items.
lf it has been more than 14 days since your item was picked up and you've not yet received aconfirmation, please feel free to seek assistance from our customer service here with your prootof return and a list of the items returned.

Please note that items bought online currently cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of ourstores.

Does COS offer maternity sizes?
While we don't have a specific maternity range, some of our garments are designed with morerelaxed and comfortable fits. You can find more information on the fit of the product in thedescrintion and in our online size guide , We always welcome feedback on our collections. lf youcan't find the size for you, please let our customer service team know.
How do l find out more about the garment l want to buy?

Currently gift cards can only be bought and used in our stores, within the country of purchase. lfyou have any further questions about our gift cards, please contact our team in store who will behappy to advise.
Where can l spend my gift card?
Gift cards can be spent in any COS store within the country of purchase, excluding concessionstores. Gift cards cannot currently be used online. To check the validity or balance of your Giftcard, please contact your local store here .

How do l return an item bought from a COS store?

Can l recycle my packaging?
Absolutely, in store, we've redesigned our signature COS carrier bags in durable Fsc-certifiedDaper, which can be reused again, and easily recvcled with no separation reauired, We've alsoworked hard to reduce the amount of plastic packaging you receive with your online order. All ourproducts are packaged in either unprinted pouches or boxes made from 100% FsC-certifiedpaper which can be easily recycled, Certain garments do need extra protection and requirepolybags which can't be recycled at the curb but are often accepted at locations that recycleplastic bags, like participating grocery stores.
